Revenue recovery audit is the application of procedures and tools to maximize revenues and profits, utilizing professionals who understand revenue cycle processes and have experience implementing revenue cycle solutions. We identify problem areas and their resolution. We evaluate any charge capture documents and/or invoices, and refunds. We conduct interviews with key personnel and billing service contractors. We are compensated based strictly on performance. We share in a portion of the revenue we recover.
We provide a final report focusing on areas of missed revenue, dollar estimate of missed revenue and actions for recovery.
